Responsibilities:
  • Field Service for both local and overseas customers.
  • Machine check-out and buy-offs at Kinergy's facility.
  • Machine set up, installation and qualification at the customers' facility (locally and in overseas).
Requirements:
  • Min. ITC/NTC in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2-3 yrs of working experience in a related equipment mfg industry preferred.
  • Knowledge & Experience in:
    • Mechanical / electrical assembly/testing and troubleshooting;
    • Electrical wiring in equipment manufacturing industry;
    • Able to read assembly drawings.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, test and troubleshoot of industrial automated equipments.
  • Ensure compliance to manufacturing process by following the official work instruction or other related documents.
  • In-process checking, adjustment and setup.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics).
  • Three (3) to 4 years working in any of the following field:
  • Semiconductor/Electronics Equipment assembly or maintenance;
  • Good machine level troubleshooting skills;
  • Good understanding on mechanical part/assembly drawing is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on Assy troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of automated industrial equipments at assembly and integration level.
  • Ensure compliance to test procedure.
  • Generation of test procedures and report.
  • Propose test jigs and fixtures required.
  • Lead, guide and train a team of assembly technicians.
  • Provide technical support to equipment assembly/manufacturing operations.
  • Identify and develop new process and assembly techniques.
  • BOM structuring and cleanup.
  • Liaise with customer for technical issues.
  • Develop automatic assembly equipment from initial concept to equipment commissioning.
  • To checkout, test & buyoff the machines.

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 yrs of hands on experience in automation equipment design.
  • Broad knowledge of semiconductor equipment.
  • Thoroughly familiar with use of 3D Cad and analysis tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of trim form die set & system design.
  • Experience in semiconductor backend equipment design advantageous.
  • Must be proactive with strong initiative and self drive.

  • Issue RFQ, negotiate price and lead time.
  • Place purchase order and ensure availability for manufacturing.
  • Experience in PCAs, harnessing and other sub-assemblies buying is preferred.
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers, sourcing new suppliers.
  • Follow up on suppliers, drive actions for improving supplier delivery-on-time and cost.
  • Initiate actions to improve inventory turns.
  • Coordinate well internally (assembly / deliver schedule).
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2 years' experience as a technical buyer.
  • Must have knowledge in interpreting engineering drawing and fabrication work.
  • Familiar with MRP System.
Responsibilities:
  • Source, develop & maintain a viable supplier base.
  • Manage purchase forecast, develop & execute timely sourcing plans.
  • Negotiate & interact with suppliers and manage vendor performance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechancial/Electronics/Electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin is essential to communicate with supplier.
  • 10 years relevant working experience in related function in manufacturing industry for Diploma and 5 years for Degree.
  • Experience in supplier qualification, incoming inspection, source inspection, equipment calibration and ISO documentation.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • ISO 9001, IPC-WHMA-A-620 and JEDEC Standards; or
    • ISO 9001, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, and Gage Repeatability & Reproduction.
  • Well versed in:
    • PCBA processes, Test Engineering and component engineering knowledge; or
    • Injection Molding, Machining, Casting, Sheet Metal and Plating processes.
  • Preferably a Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Reliability Engineer, and a certified ISO 9001 internal auditor.
  • Ability to use CMM, Smartscope and Profile Projector is required.
  • Must be resourceful, meticulous & analytical.
  • Good listening, organizing and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to accept challenges.
Responsibilities:
  • SQE in charge of:
    • Electrical, electronics parts and PCBA; or
    • Fabrication parts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to attain desirable and predictable results.
  • Drive for continual improvement at supplier site.
  • Conduct source inspection and process quality audit.
  • Review drawings & customer specification with suppliers on measurement method and reports.
  • Train and monitor IQA inspectors' method & criteria.
  • Conduct purge control when there is a Quality Alert raise during in-process.
  • Work with suppliers to identify root causes and resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical and Electronics/ Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
  • Possess good knowledge in management and implementation of quality systems (ISO 9000/14000/ 13485).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with US customers and our China subsidiaries.
  • Well versed in PCBA processes, Test Engineering and component engineering knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience on Product Quality Assurance in the Equipment Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer feedback, queries, complaints, and audits, control run, engineering changes and ensure effective close-loop corrective actions.
  • Manage First Article (FA) to ensure smooth submission of FA and conformance to customer requirements.
  • Support new product launch and volume production quality.
  • Plan and drive continuous quality improvement programs.
  • Hold Material Review Board meeting with manufacturing, engineering and outgoing to dispose customer return.
  • Co-ordinate VQE / SQE to drive local and oversea vendor to identify root cause and close corrective action as request by customer.
  • Any task assigned by the superior and higher authority.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma education in related field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Production Planning & Control.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with US customers and our China subsidiaries.
  • Knowledge of MRP, ATP, Demand/supply planning, materials management.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office Excel of Advanced functions.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Access database.
  • Hands-on knowledge in ERP, preferably in BAAN.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel macro programming is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain MPS and daily production schedule due to manufacturing problems or materials availability problems.
  • Perform capacity and materials supply planning base on forecast and pull-in schedule.
  • Manage daily MRP supply-demand planning, upside demand planning, and integrating materials shortages to weekly production schedule.
  • Manage inventory excess and obsolescence, ECO process and costs exposure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
