• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electro-mechanical or mechanical discipline
• Min. 3 years' relevant working experience in business development / marketing / sales in an electro-mechanical contract manufacturing environment in semiconductor, life science, medical or general industries
• Proficient in conversational English
• Possess good communication skills, is customer oriented and have good business acumen

• Search and identify potential customers in electro-mechanical, semiconductor manufacturing industries.
• Engage customers in Japan
• Manage projects through interface with Kinergy Group in Singapore, Philippines and China.

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering
• Min 2 yrs in programming
• Knowledge of Control Engineering
• Knowledge of PLC ( preferable OMRON), PC based Programming for machine and HMI programming
• Strong team work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel on short notice

• Provide automation, control and software engineering design support
• Develop control and user-interface programs for new automated equipment
• Design electrical schematics and prepare electrical BOM
• Involve in software development / modification to meet customers' specification
• Involve in machine setup and commissioning
• Work closely with design and customer service team in providing timely responses to customers

• Diploma , ME with minimum 3 years experience
