Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of manufacturing staff in the production and assembly of high-tech automated Industrial equipments to meet company targets and goals for quality, costs and on-time delivery and drive roots cause analysis when targets are not met.
  • Develop production layout plans and designs to optimize its flow of value including capacity improvements of existing production methods by implementation of enhanced production jigs and fixtures.
  • Lead and Manage Manufacturing projects including New Products Introduction and ensure that production schedules are met according to schedule and objectives.
  • Drive manufacturing improvement using cross functional lean tools and approaches, improve on quality, on time delivery, machine and labor efficiency
  • Lead and supervise all manufacturing staff and develop them towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned, skilled training.
  • Ensure compliance of standard, EH&S and Ethics culture in the manufacturing department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in QA systems implementation and management.
  • Five (5) years as a CQE/CQM in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
  • Six Sigma black-belt certification, with a proven track record of business performance improvement.
  • Certified in ISO 9000 System.
  • Bilingual with written Chinese (to liaise with associates).
