Upon a request for
an RFQ, we will submit an estimated cost to our
customers before tabulating the actual costing.
Depending on the complexity of the product, it usually
takes between one to three weeks to provide actual
costing. |

Our Strategic Business Unit
constantly looks into the MOQ and forecast orders
from the customer. This enables us to provide a
roadmap of the cost reduction program as early as
after the first purchase order has been received. |

the common steps Kinergy undertakes to reduce costs

We look hard at Design for manufacturability,
components standardization and localization. We
have also established manufacturing facilities
in the PRC to harness cost advantages there. |

Kinergy protect the intellectual property (IP) of
the customers? |

We have a back-to-back intellectual property protection agreement with all our suppliers. This includes access restriction of datas and drawings of the customers' product. In some cases, the protection would require that the core functional areas of the customers' machines be manufactured by only Kinergy's in-house facilities. |
