Concept
Pellets are fed into the hopper via a loading chute which is located at the front of the M/C.
Pellets are transferred to the vibratory bowl by a linear vibrator.
Individual pellet will be discharged by a singulator unit in to the transfer unit.
The transfer unit will be indexed by a motor in order to collect required number of pellets.
Upon collecting the required number of pellets, the transfer unit will move underneath the buffer unit.
The pellets will be pushed up in to the first buffer and the transfer unit will move back to its original position to collect the next row of pellets and the second buffer.
The pellets from the second buffer will be pushed into the movable magazine.
The magazine will move and discharge the pellets one row at a time in to the loading jig. Upon completion of discharging the pellets, the magazine will move back to its original position and the cycle continues.
