Mr. Lim is a founder and a controlling shareholder of the Company. Mr Lim received a Commendation for Meritorious Service Award for services rendered to the National Productivity Board between 1989 and 1992. He is also a honorary life chairman of SPETA, and also on China Network. He attended the Stanford Executive Programme and was a teacher with the Ministry of Education.

Mr. Lendner joined the team in August 2008. Prior to this, he was the COO and Director of Antares Advanced Test Technologies Inc, and has worked extensively in senior management positions within Kulicke & Soffa Inc. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Lim was appointed VP - Business Development Group since 2002. He has been with the Company since 1995 and has worked up the ranks, commencing as an engineer. He also assists the CEO to oversee the EMS Operations in Nantong, notably in the Materials Management Division. He graduated from Ohio Northern University with a B.Sc (Mech. Engrg).

Mr. Loh has been with the Company since 2000. He was formerly the General Manager at Sunningdale Plastic and the CFO at Foseco-Fosroc Singapore. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of CPA of Singapore. He holds a B.Acc. (University of Singapore), a MBA (University of Strathclyde, Glasgow) and a graduate diploma from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Admin. (UK).

Mr. Cham first joined the Company in 1988 from Texas Instruments to head the R & D Dept. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Singapore.

Mr. Abelanes first joined the Company in 1991, from Texas Instruments, as an engineer. He holds a B.Sc. degree from St.Louis University of the Philippines.
