- Set up Kinergy Wuhan, PRC to expand tools and dies business and further tap lower costs there.
- To enhance cost efficiencies, entered into 50%-50% joint venture with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to form Shanghai Jiao-Tong to design and manufacture precision tooling. Develop Kinergy Auto-frame Loader, 1st Full Machine.
